How many of you visit this site for your next gaming ideas ? creating the clones of the famous boardgames ?

Here's some of the boardgame that people want to see on iPAD:

Power Grid

Last Night on Earth

Here's features that people want to see in an iOS boardgame, sorted from most important to least important features (this poll is from players that mostly boardgamers) :

** MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES / MUST HAVE**
- Varying and challenging artificial intelligence opponents for solo play (AI)
- Face to face multiplayer
- Appropriate and/or intuitive user interface (Zoom in/out / Scrolling side to side, up and down if necessary)
- Online asynchronous multiplayer
- Solitaire mode
- Pausable/save game (someway to stop, save progress, close the app and start again later)

** IMPORTANT FEATURES **
- Appropriately priced (value and compared to similarly featured apps)
- Appropriate and/or attractive graphic design and art direction
- Local network multiplayer
- Online realtime multiplayer
- Tutorials & Written rules & Component gallery, glossary, or reference guide
- Statistics and/or history
- Sound options including toggles for music, effects, own music
- "Campaign" mode (for AI)

** LEAST IMPORTANT ***
- Universal app (i.e. not separate iPhone and iPad versions)
- Small file size
- Retina Display support
- Optional "console mode" (use iPhones/iPods as controllers or hidden info displays)
- Cross-platform online multiplayer
- Chat / "Lobby" to see all online players
- Online multiplayer activity logs and info
- Friend / buddy List
- Push notifications
- Achievement system
- Unlockable features
- Multiple/additional language suppor
- Credits
- Multiplayer tournament handling

Last Night on Earth would be really cool as an iPad app.

Presumably you should seek permission to do this sort of thing with an existing brand or are you thinking of doing a clone along the lines of "Last Evening on Earth" with surprisingly similar rules and game layout?

yes dan, last night on earth is fun and considered easy to convert to ios. the hardest part is the multiplayer coding and the art assets , unless we can get away borrowing the origina art asset heheheeeee

I do not see Pokemon on the list!
(In all seriousness, I don't watch Pokemon, but I would love the game to be ported to iOS, as well as everything else Nintendo!)

Actually, there is a Pokemon THEMED game coming to iOS, by the makers of Pokemon, not by Nintendo. From what I remember, it's just a cheezy music game.

But, lately, I heard that Nintendo is being pressured by investors into creating games for iOS. Here's to hope!
