openal memory iOS7

Hello,

Sorry to post another memory management problem on here but I'm racking my brains trying to figure it out.

I have narrowed down most of the memory usage to this:

I am using a 10kb in size audio file in IMA4 caf for the background music and I still get loads of memory warnings.

Please could someone point me in the right direction as to how I might go about reducing this memory? It's causing so many warnings at runtime using instruments and I don't know what to edit in the code.
